Everyone should be able to book with us. If any part of this site does not work for you, call or text and we will do it with you.
Booking by phone costs the same and takes no longer than the form.
What we can arrange for you
Tell us when you book:
- Extra time at the appointment.
- Large print on anything we bring.
- A walk-through of the process by phone before the appointment.
- A visit to your home, hospital or care facility if getting around is hard.
- An interpreter you arrange is welcome to join.
How this site is built
- It works with a keyboard alone and with screen readers.
- Text is large and high contrast, and color is never the only signal: every alert also has an icon and words.
- You can zoom text to twice its size without losing anything.
- It works on small phones with no sideways scrolling.
- If your device asks for less motion, the site turns animations off.
- Buttons and links are large and easy to tap.
- On the form, every box has a label, and if something is missing we say what, right under the box.
We aim to meet the international standard WCAG 2.1, Level AA.
What we cannot control
- PDF documents from other people (official forms, a title company's packet) may not be accessible. We cannot change them, but we can read them to you or talk you through them by phone.
- The video platform for online sessions belongs to another company and needs a camera and microphone. If it is hard for you to use, we come in person instead.
Tell us about a problem
If something on this site stopped you, we want to know. Call us, or email contact@addisonnotary.com with "Accessibility" in the subject line. Tell us which page you were on and what you were trying to do. We reply within three business days, and help you by phone in the meantime.
Last reviewed: September 27, 2026. We reviewed it ourselves, with a keyboard, a screen reader and contrast measurements. It has not been audited by an outside company.
