Notary pricing for businesses and offices
One flat visit fee by visit size, plus the State fee for each notarization. No per-signature markup, no rush fee, priority booking, invoiced.

Plus the $10 State fee per notarization. The visit fee covers travel and time on site (up to 30 minutes, 2 hours or 4 hours) and is not a notarial fee. If a job needs more time than booked, we ask before moving to the next visit size; the price never goes up after the fact.
Business pricing applies when the visit is at a workplace (an office, leasing office, law firm, title company or clinic) or when a company pays or is invoiced. A personal document signed at home uses individual pricing.
When you book, tell us about how many notarizations you expect. That number picks the visit size, which is the time we reserve for you. It is a flat fee for the reserved time, not a per-signature charge: if we finish early, the price stays the same, and you get your team back sooner.

Your ZIP code decides it, and your written quote confirms it from the address. Zone 2 (about 10 driving miles): Far North Dallas, Farmers Branch, Carrollton, most of Richardson (75080, 75081), Preston Hollow (75220, 75225, 75229, 75230), west Plano (75075, 75093) and Lake Highlands 75231 and 75243. Zone 3 (about 10 to 20 driving miles): Irving and Las Colinas, Coppell, the rest of Plano, Richardson 75082, University Park and Highland Park (75205), Frisco, Allen, Lewisville, The Colony, Garland and downtown Dallas. Add-ons and terms
Evenings (6 to 9 pm), weekends or 8 am: $20 per visit. Late night (9 pm to 8 am) or holidays: $40 per visit. No same-day rush fee for businesses. Parking and tolls at cost. Invoiced on the terms shown on the invoice; pay by card or Zelle. No card surcharge. Each signer brings a current government photo ID, and the documents must be complete before we arrive: we notarize documents you provide and do not prepare or advise on them.
